Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all brand tags and invoices intact to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Pickup Arrangement

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 24-48 hours.

  Quality Check & Refund

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality audit, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
